Many sites for gentlemen discuss style and clothing, and that is definitely something that needs discussion.  However, a gentleman should always be prepared for any situation he finds himself in.  We’ll be discussing accoutrements such as fine writing instruments (fountain pens especially), fine timepieces, pocket (and other) knives, hats & caps, walking sticks, shoes & socks, money clips, rings & other jewelry, wallets & other leather goods, journals, diaries & planners, briefcases & attaches, cigars and accessories, and of course in this day and age, smartphones and tablets.

We’ll provide our thoughts and opinions, which will be honest and unbiased, and while we do not solicit products for review, if any are received and reviewed, it will be mentioned prominently in that review.

Many think that the time of the gentleman has long passed, but a true gentleman is a man of education, action, leisure, luxury, and refinement.  Our word is our bond.  We respect our own honor and vigorously protect and respect our women.  If something aids those goals, then it will be discussed here.

From time to time we may also provide guest discussions regarding areas we are not directly involved with, such as travel and lodging, as a man of leisure will have such needs.
